These deliciously creamy milk chocolate solids are made from special single origin beans from Forastero, Ghana. They are distinguished by a relatively high cocoa percentage of 40%. You will taste a characteristic sweet chestnut body, with a hint of red fruit complemented by subtle caramel notes.
