These homemade chocolate solids are made from exquisite single origin beans grown in tropical and mineral rich environments. The cacao beans are grown in the Bougainville estate in Papua New Guinea.
This dark chocolate is identified by its intense smoky flavor with prune, red wine, berry and spicy notes.
