Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a question and couldn’t find an answer on the website? Below is a list of the most frequently asked questions and, of course, the answers.
Webshop
The selections included in our online store are those that can withstand shipping by mail package. Some bonbons are simply too fragile to guarantee that they will always arrive in good condition. If you would like to choose from the full range or put together your own box of bonbons, you are welcome to visit one of our three stores. If you have special requests, you can always email us at customerservice@puccinibomboni.com and we will see what we can do for you. Ultimately, we want to make every customer as happy as possible. However, if the quality may be compromised, we always prefer not to ship.
Shipping
No problem. You can specify a different shipping address during checkout. If you would like to include a personal message, you can do so when placing your order. Of course, you can also contact us if you have any special requests. You can do so at webshop@puccinibomboni.com.
At this time, we ship directly to all European countries (with the exception of Norway and Greece, for shipments to which we can discuss options), North America, and Switzerland. If you would like to have a delivery to another location, please contact us at webshop@puccinibomboni.com. We can work together to find a solution. For example, we have already delivered chocolate to Dubai, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Australia, and many other countries.
Chocolate and Products
You can find allergy information in the product descriptions on the website. A small booklet is included with the bonbons that provides general information about allergies. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. You can do so at webshop@puccinibomboni.com.
We do not use preservatives and work with fresh cream. This means that the shelf life of our bonbons can be guaranteed for up to 10 days after the receipt date. In reality, this is usually longer, but it depends on the storage conditions, the temperature inside, the humidity, etc. Our storage advice is always to store the bonbons in an odorless room at a temperature that ideally does not exceed 20 degrees Celsius (68 degrees Fahrenheit). If the delivery is delayed, our quality promise always applies.
We are partners in the Cocoa Horizons Program and ensure that it is grown with respect for the environment and the cocoa farmers and their communities. Our dark chocolate is 54% - 57%, our extra dark chocolate is 70% and our milk chocolate is 33%. Our white chocolate does not contain cocoa mass.
