Preparation of hot chocolate
Mix one table spoon of red cocoa with one table spoon of sugar, add a bit of milk and stir until a smooth mass emerges. Heat up the milk to just under the boiling point and add the hot milk to the cocoa mix. If you fancy a stronger taste, add more cocoa. By reducing or adding more sugar you can influence the level of sweetness.
