Our homemade slabs contain pieces of roasted almonds and are sweetened with Maltitol, containing 1 gram of sugar per 100 grams. The use of 54% cocoa creates a robust chocolate flavour. The chocolate itself contains less than 0.5 grams of sugar per 100 grams. Due to the natural sugars in almonds, this product is just not quite sugar-free…
