These homemade solids are crafted using single origin beans sourced from the Central Huallaga valley, found slightly north of the center of Peru, where the cocoa is known to be particularly well-processed.
These Gran Cru Pachiza beans are identified by a distinct note of fresh fruit – in particular red fruits and honey – a pleasant and firm acidity that dominates the bitterness, for great satisfaction in tasting. A hint of vanilla distinguishes it from the standard single origins of Peru.
